No Refunds on Subscription Plans

At Jaherat, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of our platform through product demos, feature descriptions, and dedicated support resources. As such, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans, including both monthly and annual subscriptions. We encourage you to explore our resources, including demos and documentation, to make an informed decision before subscribing.

Refunds on Special Promotions

Refunds are not offered for promotional or discounted plans, one-time offers, or special discounts. All purchases made through promotional campaigns are final and ineligible for refund.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at engage@jaherat.com. Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will confirm the cancellation and notify you of the remaining duration of your subscription.

Billing Cycle: If you choose to cancel your subscription, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, you will not be billed further, and your account will be downgraded or deactivated according to our policy.

Important Note: Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund. Please refer to our refund policy above for more information.

Trial Period and Cancellation

If you are on a trial period and wish to cancel, please contact engage@jaherat.com before the trial ends to prevent automatic conversion to a paid plan.

Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance

Jaherat reserves the right to cancel any account that violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
